Riding high from my Denver ski trip about a month ago, I quickly committed to a Mammoth ski trip when Jesse proposed it in February. Unintentionally, the group turned out to be identical to my previous visit to Mammoth with the small exception that each family unit had added a new kid. As a result, the parentals had to tag team ski and kid duties and I got a chance to be everyone’s ski buddy for some portion of the 2 days. It felt like everyone got what they wanted out of the trip including Laura who was content to sleep-in and wander the village/ski lodges. The kids got in lots of snow play at the park and we snuck in a quick celebration of Rahul’s birthday on the final night.
