On the Sunday of Labor Day weekend Laura and I took in some local culture and a game with a visit to The Broad and Dodger Stadium. It was one of the hottest and stickiest days I’ve ever experienced in downtown LA but we managed a brief escape to the climate controlled galleries of the museum. Not as much could be said when we jumped on the packed shuttle bus to the stadium. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a Dodger win against the Padres and pre-game beers at a fun new Dodger themed bar in Union Station.
